Located by the car park of Hotel Mount Lavinia, the lamd only 13.0perches where we managed to design 9 nos of apartments. Each apartment is comprise of 3 Bed Rooms, 2 Bath Rooms, Living, Dining, Pantry, Kitchen and a Servant Room.  

Our aim was to maximum utilization of the space while providing the maximum freedom within each and every unit for the occupants.
